Classes incorporate the fundamental movements and exercises designed to increase core strength and flexibility while improving posture and balance. Focus is put on developing spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, concentration, and control. Pilates trains the core muscles to become stronger and work efficiently with the smaller, superficial muscles in the body. Feel taller, more relaxed, and in tune with your body.
