Fun group training that is all about making you, your friends, your employees or your colleagues stronger, healthier and happier. A type of training that fits individuals at any level. Set your own goals and then we work together to improve upon them. It’s about winning over your own body and mind and taking on the challenge of becoming a better version of yourself. 

URBAN FIT can be held either outside or inside and the basis for the training is mostly your own bodyweight, but we also use weights, bands, balls, and sometimes top it off with fun partner exercises. It is total body training that includes everything from strength training to cardio and flexibility with a lot of focus on your core.
