Fun group training that is all about making you, your friends, your employees or your colleagues stronger, healthier and happier. A type of training that fits individuals at any level. Set your own goals and then we work together to improve upon them. It’s about winning over your own body and mind and taking on the challenge of becoming a better version of yourself. Our rebirthFIT BOOTCAMP is held either inside or outside with the basis for the training involving mostly your own bodyweight, but we also use weights, bands, and sometimes top it off with fun partner exercises. It is total body training that includes strength training, cardio, and flexibility with a lot of focus on your core.
