The Bodywheel Method is a new fresh approach on pilates and functional fitness. The wheel is a guiding tool that allows us to deepen & stimulate the muscles in a dynamic way. Our addictive 45 minute sessions aim to build strength, balance and agility.

We have created a method that puts you in control of your own workout. You decide your level of intensity by how much force and weight you put into each exercise. The wheel allows you to stretch a little deeper, work out a little harder and takes your workout to new creative heights. The Bodywheel Method has influences from pilates, calisthenics and functional fitness, making this a well-rounded training regime.
